Relating to granting permission to Dan A. Japhet to bring suit against the Board of Prison Commissioners of the State of Texas, in the district court of Harris County, Texas, for the purpose of clearing the title and perfecting the same in himself, to that certain tract of land lying partly in Harris and party in Liberty County, Texas, known as the Kokernot League, against which the Board of Prison Commissioners has a lien to secure a judgment in the sum of seven hundred eighty-six and thirty-five dollars ($786.35).
