Relating to providing for the payment to W. R. Davie, Tax Commissioner of the State of Texas, the sum of one thousand and forty-one dollars and sixty-six cents ($1041.66) in payment of salary as such Tax Commissioner from the 2nd day of January, 1906, to and including the 31st day of May, 1906, at the rate of $2000 per annum.
