Relating to authorizing the Commissioner of the General Land Office, with the consent and approval of the Governor and Attorney General, to sell the guayule, lechuguilla, sotol and other vegetation on school land, and to enter into contract for the purpose of determining the commercial value of those and all other substances found upon public school land.
