SB 120, 33rd R.S.
Relating to prohibiting any person from maliciously, willfully or wantonly making or circulating any false statement against any civil officer or candidate for any state, county, precinct, or municipal office, for the purpose of injuring or which would reasonably injure the character or candidacy of such officer or candidate, and to affix a penalty therefor.
