HB 108, 51st R.S.
Relating to providing that Commissioners Courts of certain counties may employ council and institute suits for collection of delinquent taxes on tracts of lands, the titles to which emanate from the King of Spain and on which delinquent taxes are owed, such counties may employ counsel and institute suites for the collection of such delinquent taxes, and are authorized to have said tracts partitioned in order to collect such delinquent taxes; providing said Act shall be cumulative of other existing laws, except in so far as same conflict herewith; and repealing all conflicting laws to the extent of the conflict.
