Providing for a meeting of the Senate and the House of Representatives in Joint Session in the House of Representatives at 11:30 a.m., January 15, 1975, to honor the late Lyndon Baines Johnson, 36th President of the United States, and to dedicate the bronze bust of this distinguished Texan; providing for the bust of the late beloved President of the United States to be placed temporarily in the rotunda of the Capitol to permit the public to observe the bust.
