Relating to consultations by boards of trustees with representatives of teachers and groups of auxiliary personnel employed in a school district under certain conditions; requiring such consultations under certain circumstances and providing certain procedures; providing for the selection of preresentatives of teachers and auxiliary personnel groups and for exclusive representation and authorization of certain agreements; providing for advisory assistance; providing certain persons with the right to be heard by boards of trustees; providing administrative consultation; providing a saving clause; defining certain terms.
