Amending Chapter 127, Acts of the 60th Legislature, Regular Session, 1967, as amended (Article 6228g, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), relating to the Texas County and District Retirement System and age limit for participation and interest as follows; authorizing the board of trustees of the system ot make valuation increases in future payments of certain current service annuities and prior service annuities; declaring the Act to be severable.
