Amending Chapter 1, Subtitle 1, Title 79, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, 1925, as amended by Chapter 274, Acts of the 60th Legislature, Regular Session, 1967 (Articles 5069-1.01 to 1.06, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), by adding thereto a new article to be identified and codified as Article 5069-1.08, relative to obligations guaranteed or insured by agencies of the Untited States of America; containing a severabilty clause.
