Amending Sections 7, 9 and 24 of Chapter 382, Acts of the 56th Legislature, Regular Session, 1959, as last amended by Chapter 494, Acts of the 62nd Legislature, Regular Session, 1971 (Article 6066d, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), providing for incorporation of existing liquefied petroleum gas wholesale and retail dealers without relicensing; providing for minimum storage requirements for retail and wholesale dealers but excepting certain dealers licensed prior to September 1, 1973, and certain other dealers; providing for relicensing after business cessation; amending the required insurance coverages; and declaring an emergency.
