SB 450, 63rd R.S.
Relating to the expansion of the Stamford Hospital District; prescribing a procedure for an election on the expansion of the district and levy of tax for meeting requirements of its bonds and its maintenance and operating expenses; providing an alternate method for assessment, equalization, and collection of taxes; providing that the expanded district take over and assume the responsibilities, duties, and liabilities of the district prior to expansion as modified by this Act.
