RESOLVED, by the House of Representatives of the Fifty-sixth Legislature, the Senate concurring, That the study of the State's fiscal system by the Texas Research League in cooperation with affected State departments and agencies be continued as authorized by HCR 73, 55th R.S.; and be it further
RESOLVED, That special attention be devoted to the analysis of tax administration, record-keeping, central accounting, payroll preparation, disbursement processes, and preauditing.
