Relating to adoption of a Medical Practice Act; providing for the regulation of the practice of medicine and for continuation, powers, and duties of the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners and licensure, examination, and disciplinary proceeding thereunder; establishing the Physician's Assistants Advisory Committee; providing for certain reports; making certain information confidential; providing for other provisions relating to said board and physicians and surgeons and certain health care organizations.
