HB 1088, 58th R.S.
Relating to providing that city governments in counties having a population of more than one million (1,000,000) according to the last preceding Federal Census may institute suits to enforce restrictive covenants in deeds in subdivisions which have the endorsed approval of the City Planning Commission or the governing body of the city.
