Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure of Texas permitting a forfeiture of the recognizance, bail bond, or current money of the United States, in lieu thereof, of a defendant who fails to appear on the day set for a pre-trial hearing on pleadings and motions or any subsequent date set for a hearing on pleadings and motions.
