HB 864, 54th R.S.
Relating to providing that no oil, gas and mineral lease, or oil and gas lease, now in existence and which was granted by any political subdivision of the state, city, town, village, county, school district, water control and improvement district, water control and preservation district, water control district, water improvement district, water power control district, water supply district or irrigation district, for a valid consideration, shall be cancelled or held voidable or invalid because the lessor is such lease or leases has heretofore failed to give notice by newspaper publication of the intent to grant such lease or leases and that competitive bids for such lease or leases would be received, providing that any such lease or leases are not void or voidable for any other cause, and providing that nothing herein contained shall be construed as affecting pending litigation.
