HB 77, 45th 2nd C.S.
Relating to amending a certain House Bill of the Acts of the 45th Legislature (R.S.); bonds and license of persons purchasing citrus fruit; providing that any person purchasing farm products under the provisions of said Bill from any bonded or licensed dealer, paying therefor prior to or at the time of taking possession of such farm products the agreed value thereof in current money of the United States, shall be exempt from giving bond under the provisions of the Bill and providing for a license to be issued to such person and prescribing the condition of the application for such license and providing for a license fee.
