Relating to creating Brownsville Navigation District of Cameron County, Texas, to be governed by the provisions of Section 59, Article 16 of the Constitution, and by Chapter 5 of the General Laws passed by the 39th Legislature at its Regular Session in 1925, relating to Navigation Districts, except as herein otherwise provided, and defining its boundaries.
