SB 650, 63rd R.S.
Relating to cities and towns owning sea life parks, oceanariums and other public facilities operated in conjunction therewith; by authorizing such cities and towns to acquire the properties, assets, rights and facilities of any person or corporation operating any part or all of the same on behalf of such city or town and by more definitively stating and defining the revenues and security which may be pledged and granted as security for the certificates of indebtedness authorized by said act and in connection with any refunding thereof; making certain provisions with respect to the purchase or sale or use of broadcasting or similar rights.
