HB 452, 36th R.S.
Relating to providing that the tax receipts for State, county, city, or any other political subdivision may be recorded by the county clerk in a well-bound book kept for that purpose in the office of the county clerk; that no charge shall be made for the recording of such tax receipts and providing that such tax receipts so recorded shall be admissible as evidence in any court.
