SB 387, 39th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute providing that employees designated may hear the evidence adduced at a hearing upon the establishment of rates under said statute, and for such purpose hall have the power to administer oath to the witnesses, compel their attendance, and the production of papers, waybills, books, accounts, documents, and testimony; providing that in the trial of such cause the findings and order of the commission shall be prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated.
