SB 326, 48th R.S.
Relating to granting permission to M.C. Parrish & Company, a corporation chartered under the laws of Texas, to bring suit against the State of Texas and the State Board of Control, together with any and all other parties who may be proper or necessary in the prosecution of said suit, to ascertain and fix the amount, if any, due said M.C. Parrish & Company, by reason of the shipment, and delivery to, and acceptance by the State Tuberculosis Hospital, at Sanatorium, Texas, of 60.7725 tons of No. 2 alfalfa hay, at a total price of One Thousand One Hundred Forty-two and 42/100 ($1,142.42) Dollars growing out of a contract between the State of Texas and Ross-Hicks Grain Company.
