HB 560 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners court in any county to call an election to determine by majority vote whether the office of county superintendent shall be abolished; providing that the abolishment of the office shall not become effective until the expiration of the term for which the county superintendent shall have been elected or appointed; providing further that in event the office is so abolished that the county judge shall perform any duties thereof.
