HB 182 Caption: Relating to providing for revising, digesting, annotating and publishing the civil and criminal laws of the State of Texas, and to require the commissioners appointed to revise the statutes; to prepare two bills, one providing a civil and one a criminal code of practice in the courts of this State, and report the same to the Governor, who shall submit the same to the Legislature.
HB 183 Caption: Relating to amending Chapter 6, Title XVII, Article 841, of the Penal Code of the State of Texas, as reported by the codifiers to the Twenty-fourth Legislature, and adopted at the Regular Session thereof in 1895; defining "entry" as used in Article 838 and Article 839 of Chapter 6, Title XVII, of the said Penal Code, defining burglary.
