SB 174 Caption: Relating to amending an Act creating a more efficient road system for Brown county.
SB 220 Caption: Relating to amending "An Act to promote agriculture and stock raising, and to prohibit the hunting with firearms and dogs upon the enclosed lands of another in all counties within this State, not specifically named as exempt from the provisions of this Act; to provide penalties," relating to agriculture and stock raising, so as to place Archer, Atascosa, Caldwell, Coke, Coryell, Hamilton, Mills, McCulloch, San Saba, and Walker counties under the operation of such law.
SB 265 Caption: Relating to authorizing the formation of corporations for the purpose of generating, manufacturing, transporting and selling gas, electric current and power in this State, and to make reasonable charges therefor; and further, making it unlawful for such corporation to discriminate against any person, corporation, firm or association or place, in the charges for such gas, electric current or power or the services rendered under similar and like circumstances.
