HB 110 Caption: Relating to providing commissioners court discretion to pay ex-officio salaries to county attorneys.

HB 466 Caption: Relating to providing that when any civil suits shall be filed in this state, the plaintiff, his agent or attorney, shall make affidavit in writing and file with the petition that the defendant reside within the county and territorial limits of the court.

HB 612 Caption: Relating to establishing a quarantine line across the state for the prevention of Texas Fever in cattle, for the prevention of the spread of contagious diseases in hogs, except, under specified conditions, prohibiting shipment into that portion of the state lying north and west of such line, providing that the Live Stock Sanitary Commission shall prescribe rules governing such shipment, providing penalty.
HB 630 Caption: Relating to regulating the granting of retail liquor dealer's licenses and prescribing that before any license is issued the applicant therefor shall present to said County Judge the written consent of the number of qualified voters of such precinct and county as is herein prescribed, consenting to the issuance thereof, providing penalties.

HB 903 Caption: Relating to allowing the commissioners' court of counties to pay bounty of One Dollar per head for killing coyotes for the protection of the stock raising industry, exempting from the operation of this Act certain counties, providing that this law shall not repeal but be cumulative of other laws now in force with reference to wolf bounty and the protection of stock raising industry.
