SB 1 Caption: Relating to constituting McLennan county the Nineteenth, Seventy-fourth and McLennan county and Falls county the Fifty-fourth Judicial Districts; providing for the present judges of the Nineteenth and Fifty-fourth Judicial Districts to continue to hold their offices for the terms for which they were elected, the appointment of a suitable person by the Governor as judge of the Seventy-fourth Judicial District to hold until the next general election.

SB 8 Caption: Relating to creating a State Highway Department, and establishing a state Highway Commission and office of State Highway Engineer; prescribing the duties and compensation, creating a fund by the license of motor vehicles, fixing a penalty.
SB 29 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway Company to lease, for a term not less than twenty-five years, certain railroad companies in the state, and at any time during the life of said lease or leases, to purchase, own, operate and maintain the same, or any of them, as a part of its line, and to complete and extend the said railroads, or any of them, as contemplated and provided in the respective charters of the said Texas Central Railroad Company.
SB 131 Caption: Relating to fixing the per diem pay and mileage of the members of the legislature, repealing Chapter 8 of the General Laws enacted by the 30th Legislature.
SB 132 Caption: Relating to abolishing the Eddy Independent School District, created under the general laws of the state, and to incorporate the Eddy Independent School District to be within certain boundaries at and surrounding the town of Eddy in McLennan County; investing said independent school district and the board of school trustees thereof with the rights, powers, privileges, and duties of a town or village incorporated for free school purposes only under the general laws.
SB 157 Caption: Relating to amending the Revised Statutes providing for the admission of patients into, and the discharge of patients from, the asylum, and providing for judicial proceedings in cases of lunacy, so as to make said articles applicable to habitual drunkards.
SB 195 Caption: Relating to providing for the establishment, maintenance and government of a state normal school to be located in the city of Waco, in McLennan County, or within one half mile of the corporation limits of said city and to be known and designated as the Central Texas Normal School.
SB 196 Caption: Relating to and regulating the adoption of the commission form of government by cities and towns, and towns and villages.
SB 359 Caption: Relating to creating a Child Welfare Commission to collect, study, and disseminate information concerning the welfare of children and to make recommendations for the conservation of and betterment of child life, making an appropriation.

SB 407 Caption: Relating to incorporating the McGregor Independent School District in McLennan County for free school purposes only.
SB 484 Caption: Relating to creating a special district court for McLennan county to prescribe its jurisdiction, to limit its existence, to fix its terms, to conform all writs and process from said court and the other district courts in said county to such changes as are made in the jurisdiction judicial district in McLennan county to transfer cases from their respective court to other said courts.
SB 491 Caption: Relating to authorizing Fayette County to issue bonds for local road purposes.
SB 494 Caption: Relating to establishing an inebriate asylum for the detection and treatment of habitual drunkards, defining habitual drunkards, providing for their commitment, detention, and final discharge.
SJR 4 Caption: Relating to proposing an amendment to section 52, of article 3, of the constitution of this state.

SB 41 Caption: Relating to creating a State Highway Department, and establishing a State Highway Commission; providing penalties.
SB 42 Caption: Relating to conferring certain additional power and authority upon State Banks and Trust Companies, authorizing such institutions to create and maintain "Land Loan Departments" and regulating the manner, method and operation of said departments; authorizing such institutions to issue bonds in connection with and as a part of said land loan department.
SB 43 Caption: Relating to amending articles 2827 and 2862 of the Revised Civil Statutes so as to provide that the valuation placed on property for taxation in county line independent school districts having their own tax assessor shall not be governened by the valuation placed thereon for state and county taxation.

SB 169 Caption: Relating to conferring authority upon the Railroad Commission, and making it its duty to adopt all necessary rates, charges and regulations to govern and regulate persons, associations, and corporations, private or municipal, owning or operating public wharves, docks, or piers, and all property used in connection therewith, or suburban, belt or terminal railroads in Texas, and to fix divisions of rates, charges and regulations between the same and railroads and all other common carriers under the control of the Railroad Commission where a deversion (division) is proper; providing penalties for the violations of this Act.
SB 178 Caption: Relating to amending an Act providing for the establishment of common county line school districts; providing for the establishment of independent school districts, or school incorporations containing territory within two or more counties.
SB 199 Caption: Relating to providing for the establishment, maintenance and government of a State Normal School to be located in the city of Waco and to be known as the Central Texas Normal School.
SB 253 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Missouri, Kansas and Texas Railway Company of Texas to lease for a term of not less than twenty-five years the railroad of the Texas Central Railroad Company, extending from the city of Waco to the town of Rotan.
SB 284 Caption: Relating to authorizing the sale of the railroad belonging to the State, extending from Rusk to Palestine, and its appurtenances and providing that if no sale can be made then the railroad shall be leased.

SB 209 Caption: Relating to amending Section 5, Chapter 131, Acts of the Thirtieth Legislature, entitled "an Act to amend Sections 1, 4, 5, 6 and 11 of Chapter 108, Acts of the Twenty-ninth Legislature" regulating the sale of concentrated commercial feeding stuffs and the materials from which they are manufactured.
SB 210 Caption: Relating to creating the Pate Independent School District in McLennan county, defining its boundaries, providing for a board of trustees thereof and defining their powers and authority.
SB 226 Caption: Relating to creating a more efficient road system for McLennan county, Texas, and making county commissioners of said county ex-officio road commissioners and prescribing their duties as such and providing for their compensation as road commissioners, and defining the powers and duties of such county commissioners, and providing for the appointment of road overseers and defining their duties, and for the working of county convicts on the public roads of said county, and providing for officers' fees and rewards and penalties for said convicts, and fixing a penalty for a violation of this act.
SB 228 Caption: Relating to authorizing the commissioners court of the several counties to refund to holders of unexpired liquor dealers' license and occupation tax receipts revoked by the enactment of Chapter 138 of the General Law of the Thirtieth Legislature, entitled "An Act to regulate the sale and disposition of spirituous, vinous and malt liquors.

HJR 18 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Section 9, Article 8, of the Constitution of the State of Texas, increasing the amount of tax that may be voted for the purpose of improving public roads, and allowing counties or political subdivisions of counties by a majority vote of the qualified property tax paying voters of the county, or subdivision thereof, voting at all elections to be held for that purpose, to adopt same.
