SB 13 Caption: Relating to providing that no penalty shall be collected for the non-payment of ad valorem taxes for six months.

SB 299 Caption: Relating to exempting county fairs from all taxes and to provide what shall be exhibited in order to constitute a County Fair; also to provide for a school of instruction and to provide that every county fair shall be held annually; providing a penalty.
SB 339 Caption: Relating to empowering the Supreme Court to make and enforce rules of pressure, pleading, practice, procedure and appeal for all courts of the State.

SB 47 Caption: Relating to amending the Revised Civil Statutes, on the subject of escheat, by making it the duty of the attorney general to institute all suits and proceedings necessary to recover for the state all property that has heretofore or that may hereafter escheat.
SB 100 Caption: Relating to amending Chapter 3 of the Revised Statutes, 1911, Concerning the marital rights of parties, defining the separate and community property of the husband and wife, conferring upon the wife power to make contracts, authorizing suits on such contracts, repealing article 4625, Title 66, Chapter 3, Revised Statutes, and all other laws and parts of laws in conflict therewith.
SB 166 Caption: Relating to amending articles of the Code of Criminal Procedure, relating to charges and instructions to juries in cases of the grade of felony, so as to provide that the charge in such cases shall be read to the jury before the argument begins, with certain exceptions and providing for the form and manner of taking exceptions to the charge.
SB 167 Caption: Relating to the collection of taxes heretofore, and that may hereafter be levied, making such taxes a lien on the land taxes, establishing and continuing such lien and providing for the sale and conveyance of the land delinquent for taxes.
SB 168 Caption: Relating to regulating the practice of dentistry in the state, providing for the appointment of a board of dental examiners.
SB 179 Caption: Relating to defining murder and fixing a penalty therefor.
SB 250 Caption: Relating to road superintendents; providing for an election to determine whether or not a road superintendent shall be employed.
SB 251 Caption: Relating to regulating the operation of pool and billiard halls and tables for profit; imposing an occupation tax; requiring a license and a bond and prescribing the conditions of the bond thereof; providing penalty.
SB 321 Caption: Relating to repealing the laws requiring assignments of error in civil cases and providing that motion for a new trial in such cases constitute the assignments of error.
SB 322 Caption: Relating to prohibiting corporations created for the purpose of constructing and maintaining magnetic telegraph or telephone lines to set their poles, piers, abutments, wires and other fixtures, upon, along or across, any public roads, streets and waters of this state, without first obtaining permission to do so.
SB 393 Caption: Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Hill County, Texas, making the county commissioners of said county ex-officio road commissioners and prescribing their duties as such and providing for their compensation as such road commissioners and defining the powers and duties of such county commissioners.
SB 424 Caption: Relating to reorganizing the Fourteenth Judicial District of the State of Texas, and to reorganize the Fortieth Judicial Districts of the State of Texas, and to provide that Rockwall county shall be taken from the Fortieth Judicial District of the State of Texas and transferred to the Fourteenth Judicial District of the State of Texas.

SB 9 Caption: Relating to amending Chapter 132 (one hundred thirty two) of the acts of the regular session of the 33rd legislature to provide for the indeterminate sentence of persons convicted of felonys, and for the termination of such sentence and to provide for the parole and release of convicts.
SB 12 Caption: Relating to indeterminate sentence - amending Chapter 132 Acts of the Thirty-third Legislature relating thereto.
SB 13 Caption: Relating to amending Chapter 150 of the laws of the 33rd Legislature requiring applications under oath to be made for witnesses in felony cases; providing penalties.
SB 45 Caption: Relating to creating the Files Valley Orphan's Home Independent School District, providing for the appointment of trustees of said district, defining boundaries thereof.
