HB 32 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation to pay the presidential electors of Texas; providing how much shall be made.
HB 52 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute of the Code of Criminal Procedure so that certain persons convicted of a felony may testify in trials.
HB 53 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute by adding that conviction of a felony shall not disqualify a witness from testifying in civil cases.
