HB 384 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the definition of the terms "credit, tract or lot, town or district, value, person,' so as to change the definition of "value," in regard to real and other property.
HB 385 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute regulating the powers of board of equalization to supervise and to fix proper valuation on property for taxation by providing that after said valuation has been fixed, said board shall direct the tax assessor to place said property on tax roll for taxation at 40 percent of the value so fixed; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
HB 537 Caption: Relating to notices given property owners by city boards of equalization.
HB 538 Caption: Relating to requiring the commissioners court, when acting as a board of equalization to give written notice to the owner of the amount of increase said board of equalization desires to make in the value of any assessment of property by any person, firm, or corporation.
HB 566 Caption: Relating to providing for the appraisal of real estate and improvements situated thereon, if the same is improved property, at the time any character of lien is placed against the same or fixed thereon.
HB 824 Caption: Relating to occupation tax on the production of salt, providing for an occupation tax of one dollar ($1) per long ton of all salt produced within the State of Texas; providing for reports and records imosing forfeitures and penalties for failure to keep records; providing penalties for failure to pay tax; directing the bringing of suit for the recovery of taxes, penalties, and interest; enacting other provisions incident and necessary to the subject and purpose of this Act.

SB 21 Caption: Relating to prescribing hours between which dealers in spirituous and vinous and malt liquors shall be required to keep their places of business closed.
SB 88 Caption: Relating to fixing the hours of opening and closing any house or place of business where intoxicating liquors are licensed to be sold, requiring the closing of such places of business between the hours of 9:30 PM on Saturday night and 6:00 AM of the following Monday morning, and between the hours of 9:30 PM and 6:00 AM of the following morning of any work day; and authorizing recovery upon the bond and forfeiture of license of retail liquor dealers violating any penal law of this state relating to retail liquor dealers.
SB 98 Caption: Relating to amending statutes, all said articles relating to and regulating the adoption of the commission form of government by cities and towns, and town and villages of less than five thousand inhabitants.
SB 153 Caption: Relating to creating and incorporating the Buda Independent Consolidated County Line School District in Hays and Travis counties.
SB 248 Caption: Relating to providing for acquiring and acceptance of title from the City of Gonzales to about one hundred and fifty acres of land, situated in Gonzales County, Texas, and being a part of the four league grant from the State of Coahuila and Texas to the municipal town of Gonzales; and providing for fencing, beautifying and improving said land, the same to be designated by name as "Gonzales State Park"; making appropriation thereof.
SB 249 Caption: Relating to granting to the Guadalupe Water Power Company the power, privilege and authority to erect, build, construct, maintain and operate five dams across the Guadalupe River at certain points, and in connection with each of said dams to erect reservoirs, lakes, locks, abutments, buildings and machinery, and to grant to the said company the privilege and right to use all of the land and water and riparian rights.
