Relating to providing for acquiring and acceptance of title from the City of Gonzales to about one hundred and fifty acres of land, situated in Gonzales County, Texas, and being a part of the four league grant from the State of Coahuila and Texas to the municipal town of Gonzales; and providing for fencing, beautifying and improving said land, the same to be designated by name as "Gonzales State Park"; making appropriation thereof.
