HB 1187 Caption: Relating to providing for the amount that may be allowed by County Boards of Trustees to the County Superintendents of Public Instruction for expenditures for office and traveling expenses in certain counties according to the last preceding Federal Census.

HJR 23 Caption: Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Texas to be known as Article VIII, Section 20, providing that ad valorem taxes shall be assessed and levied in such way as to permit the payment during the months of October, November and December of the year for which such taxes are assessed, of certain percentages of the amount that such taxes would be if paid after the expiration of the year and providing that the Legislature shall never remit any interest or penalties.
