HB 445 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court in each County in this State having a population of not less than twenty-three thousand, three hundred and fifty (23,350) nor more than twenty-three thousand, four hundred (23,400), according to the last preceding Federal Census, to allow each Commissioner certain expenses in connection with the performance of his duties as Road Commissioner in addition to the duties as County Commissioner; providing for the payment of the same.
HB 656 Caption: Relating to providing certain duties upon the members of the County Commissioners Court of Sackelford County, regarding the maintenance of the public roads and highways of Sackelford County, in order that said County may have an adequate system of lateral and farm-to-the-market roads and highways in said county providing compensation therefor.
