Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court in each County in this State having a population of not less than twenty-three thousand, three hundred and fifty (23,350) nor more than twenty-three thousand, four hundred (23,400), according to the last preceding Federal Census, to allow each Commissioner certain expenses in connection with the performance of his duties as Road Commissioner in addition to the duties as County Commissioner; providing for the payment of the same.
