HB 44 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code by providing that any Judge or Clerk of an election, chairman or member of an executive committee, or officer of any primary, general, or special election, who willfully makes a false canvass of the votes cast, or false statement of the results of a canvass of ballots, shall be confined in the penitentiary for a term not less than two (2) years nor more than five (5) years.
HB 472 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court in counties having a population of not less than nineteen thousand two hundred ten (19,210) and not more than nineteen thousand two hundred fifty (19,250) according to the last United States Census, to allow each County Commissioner certain money for the use of their own automobile in performance of their duties as County Road Commissioners in lieu of the County's furnishing such automobile.
