HB 77 Caption: Relating to revising and codifying the laws relating to the profession of funeral directing and embalming; creating a State Board of Morticians; prescribing penalties for the violation of this act.
HB 315 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts relating to restrictions on drivers of school buses and public or common carriers, by reducing the minimum age of school bus drivers from twenty-one (21) years to seventeen (17) years.
HB 366 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts so as to make it unlawful to use a hoop net and a seine or net over twenty (20) feet in length to take minnows.
HB 832 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to hunt, take, trap, or kill, or attempt to hunt, take, trap or kill, or otherwise molest wild turkey in Colorado, Jackson, Lavaca, and Wharton Counties for a period of two (2) years; providing a penalty.

HB 183 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, providing that any person, his guardian, or his dependents or heirs at law, may secure certified or authenticated copies of instruments in the custody or on file in the offices of the county clerks, district clerks, or other public officials of this State for the purpose of establishing any claim against the Government of the United States of America arising out of the service of any person in the armed forces of the United States of America or the services auxiliary thereto, including the maritime service and the merchant marine; providing that the country clerks, district clerks, and other public officials shall furnish said copies of instruments to said parties without said person, his guardian or dependents or heirs at law having to pay any fee therefor; providing furthers that in cases where said copies are furnished by the county clerk or district clerk in a fee county that said clerk shall receive 15 cents from the Commissioners' Court for each 100 words curtained in said instrument; and that said fee shall be paid by the Commissioners' Court out of the general fund of said county; and that the provisions of this Act shall not be applicable to counties where the county officials are compensated on a salary basis under the provisions of a certain Article; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
HB 184 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, providing for the registering of official discharges of members of the armed forces of the United States of America or the armed force reserve of the United States of America, or of the auxiliary units of the armed forces or armed force reserve of the United States of America; providing that the County Clerk shall do the recording
HB 466 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation for the sum of Fourteen Hundred Seventy-eight ($1,478.00) Dollars or so much thereof as may be necessary for the purpose of installing one electric air pressure water pump and water system, erecting a flag pole, and other necessary items and Monument Hill State Park, to be administered by the Texas State Parks Board.
HB 479 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, exempting securities or memberships issued by a religious corporation.
HB 809 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, to require directors, trustees, or officers of private educational organizations and corporations going out of existence or ceasing to function as educational institutions to perpetuate their scholastic records by transferring the same to the Office of the Registrar of the State University of Texas; providing a saving clause.
HB 887 Caption: Relating to provide for the safe operation of stationary power plants and the better protection of life and property and the prevention of disastrous accidents in the operation of same; providing penalties; providing a savings clause.

HB 243 Caption: Relating to amending the Revised Civil Statutes relative to providing that both the man and the woman shall supply separate affidavits with certain information before any county clerk shall issue a marriage license; requiring a doctor's certificate of both the man and the woman with respect to venereal diseases.
HB 385 Caption: Relating to authorizing the organization of Cemetery Monument Associations to engage in the business of providing cemetery monuments and serving in connection therewith by means of insurance benefits.
HB 524 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article to provide that premium on official bonds for county treasurers, county auditors, county road commissioners, county school superintendents, and hide and animal inspectors, and their deputies, shall be paid from county funds.
HB 525 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the Revised Civil Statutes to provide that district attorneys and criminal district attorneys shall hold office for a term of four (4) years.
HB 526 Caption: Relating to levying a certain tax on the production of all pit run gravel, washed gravel, sand, crushed rock and/or stone of any form used in road building or in the construction of buildings; providing for penalties.
HB 527 Caption: Relating to levying a tax on the production or mining of Fullers Earth in this State of One Dollar ($1.00) per ton; fixing penalties for the violation thereof.
HB 671 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the Revised Civil Statutes so that trucks hauling tomatoes or transporting same are hereby excluded from the terms of this Act, and no inspection or certification thereof shall be required.
HB 709 Caption: Relating to providing in certain counties, there shall be imposed upon all male persons the duties of working five (5) days of eight (8) hours efficient service on public roads each year, or the payment on or before May 1st of each year the sum of Three Dollars ($3); fixing age bracket of persons to be summoned.
HB 1004 Caption: Relating to providing in certain counties there shall be imposed upon all male persons who do not reside in an incorporated city, town, or village the duties of working five (5) days of eight (8) hours efficient service on public roads each year, or the payment before May 1st of each year the sum of Three Dollars ($3).
HB 1102 Caption: Relating to marks and brands of livestock in Fayette County.
HJR 7 Caption: Proposing a constitutional amendment to provide free textbooks for children of scholastic age attending any church or parochial school or academy, or any orphan asylum in Texas, at the election of such schools to use such textbooks; providing for an election to vote on the proposed Amendment.
HJR 22 Caption: Proposing a constitutional amendment increasing the term of the office for the Clerk of the District Court to four (4) years.

HB 11 Caption: Relating to marks and brands of livestock in Fayette County requiring that each owner of certain livestock shall within six (6) months after this Act takes effect shall have his mark and brand of such stock recorded at the office of the County Clerk.
HB 18 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the taking, trapping, or killing of raccoons and mink in Fayette County for a period of three (3) years; providing a penalty therefor.
HB 30 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the taking of squirrels in Fayette County, Texas, during certain months of each years; providing for an exception when squirrels are found to be damaging crops; providing a penalty for violation.
