HB 521 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, providing that the Board of Insurance Commissioners shall not make, prescribe or promulgate any regulation or rule that will make any form of deductible clause mandatory applicable to windstorm, hurricane and hail insurance on all buildings and structures; providing a saving clause.
HB 673 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, providing a means of serving civil process upon non-residents of this State, their agents, servants or employees, in any civil action or proceeding against such non-residents, their agents, servants or employees, growing out of any accident or collision in which said non-residents. their agents, servants or employees may be involved while operating a motor vehicle or motorcycle in this State.
HB 953 Caption: Relating to imposing and levying a tax on all new radios, new television sets, new cosmetics and playing cards sold in Texas in intrastate commerce or used in Texas; providing that if any article, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Act is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Act, and that the same shall be and remain in full force and effect.

HB 81 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, the selection of jurors for service in the district and county courts so as to provide that the provisions of this Act shall not apply to any county having a population of less than fifty-one thousand (51,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal census when such county is a part of two or more Judicial Districts which Judicial Districts embrace more than two counties.
