HB 191 Caption: Relating to requiring a special audit of county financial records or the financial records of any county office or department in any county upon a petition of at least thirty per cent of the qualified voters of the county; limiting such audit for a department to once a year; providing for the employment of an auditor for such special audit; providing for qualifications, duties and compensations; requiring such audit to be filed with the district court having jurisdiction in the county and the State Auditor; providing this Act shall be cumulative.
