Relating to requiring county attorneys, criminal district attorneys and district attorneys to institute suits in behalf of a county school district or other political subdivision within their jurisdiction for the recovery of any money unlawfully expended or any money or property misappropriated or applied to any unlawful purpose by any officer or employee of any county, school district, or political subdivision; prescribing their power and duties in relation thereto.
