SB 128, 49th R.S.
Relating to placing all State Parks and all other tracts of land used or to be used by the State for the purposes of public park and/or recreational areas, including all public parks, historical parks, and/or recreational areas now under the control and custody of the State Board of Control, under the control and custody of the State Parks Board, under the authority conferred upon such Board by existing law; providing that all laws which are in conflict, in whole or in part with this Act are hereby repealed.
