HB 840, 50th R.S.
Relating to granting permission to Refugio County to use and improve Copano Bay and the shore line thereof adjacent to proposed St. Mary's County Park in Refugio County, and to use silt, mud, and shell dredged from the bay to fill highland, and make new land, and to construct, erect, and operate improvements, extending wholly or partially into said bay.
