HB 3 Caption: Relating to apportioning the State of Texas into Congressional Districts.
HB 570 Caption: Relating to amending the Texas Election Code to eliminate provisions for placing party columns on ballots and for voting straight tickets, and so as to provide for the listing of party nominees under the title of the office, arranged in the order determined by a drawing for position.
HB 571 Caption: Relating to amending the Texas Election Code to eliminate the provisions for scratch or negative methods of marking ballots and to provide that the "X" method shall be the method for marking ballots.
HB 676 Caption: Relating to providing that before the constitutional oath of office may be administered, each member of the Legislature at the beginning of each regular session and each state-wide elected official, except members of the United States Congress shall file with the Secretary of State a sworn statement of his net worth at the time he files such statement, listing assets and liabilities; providing that each included official shall file with the Secretary of State a similar sworn statement not less than thirty (30) days before the expiration of his term of office; and providing that any person who knowingly places false information in any such sworn statement shall be punished as for perjury.

HJR 59 Caption: Relating to proposing a constitutional amendment providing that when any county has more than sufficient population to be entitled to more than one representative, such representatives shall be apportioned to such county and the Legislature shall have authority to subdivide the county into subordinate legislative districts.
HJR 65 Caption: Relating to proposing a constitutional amendment reserving to the people, under prescribed initiative and referendum procedures, the power to propose laws and amendments to the Constitution, and to adopt or reject the same, at the polls independent of the Legislature, and also the power, at their own option, to so adopt or reject any Act, or section or part of any Act, passed by the Legislature.
