HB 427 Caption: Relating to the authority of an insurer to designate a particular practitioner or practitioners of the healing arts in a policy of accident and sickness insurance and making certain provisions for advertising and dissemination of information of insurance coverage by practitioners of the healing arts or associations of such practitioners.
