HB 1 Caption: Relating to providing for prospecting for minerals on land owned by the State; providing penalties.
HB 2 Caption: Relating to providing the mode by which horses, mules, jacks, jennets and cattle may be prevented from running at large in certain counties to include Brewster and Lee, Floyd, Val Verde, Randall, Deaf Smith, Castro, Runnels, Baylor and Wichita.
