SB 173 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Librarian and Archivist and Historian of the State Library to purchase the literary remains of Sam Houston, making an appropriation.

SB 224 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute fixing venue for suit against Tax Assessors, Deputy Tax Assessors, County Judge or members of Commissioner's Court for failure of duty in Travis County.
SB 251 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute entitled "State Intangible Tax Board," creating a state tax board, prescribing and defining the qualifications, bond, oath, powers, authority and duties of said board; making appropriations.
SB 274 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute authorizing mutual assessment accident insurance companies to place admission fees of not exceeding three dollars ($3.00) each in the expense fund, and providing that such admission fee may also apply as a credit on the initial premium; and authorizing corporations existing or hereafter organized under this Chapter to engage in the business, on the assessment plan, of insuring against disability resulting from sickness or disease, and to pay a funeral benefit of not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) on account of death of a member resulting from sickness or disease.
SB 285 Caption: Relating to re-creating by special law the Blanco Independent School District in Blanco County; providing for a reorganization of its boundary lines.
SB 337 Caption: Relating to creating a special road law for Hays County.
SB 347 Caption: Relating to amending a certain General Law relating to the time of holding court in the Thirty-second Judicial District.
SB 359 Caption: Relating to providing for the purchase by a board of suitable grounds for the erection of offices of the Adjutant General and for proper storehouse for the arms, ammunition and supplies of the State Militia and the Adjutant General's Department; prohibiting the storage of any such material in the basement or any room of the capitol building; making an appropriation.
SB 388 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute relating to public utility corporations rates and charges and their regulation by the city council or municipal commission; providing for the control of public utility corporations by a municipal commission in such cities as may have adopted the commission form of government.
SJR 10 Caption: Proposing a constitutional amendment conferring on the Legislature authority to declare the class of property which shall be taxed partially or wholly for county or other municipal district or school purposes and for State purposes.
