HB 19	Caption: Relating to creating the West Independent School District in the County of McLannan, State of Texas; defining its boundaries; providing for a board of trustees to manage and control the public free schools within said district.
HB 25	Caption: Relating to an occupation tax on those producing oil from oil wells in this State.
HB 26	Caption: Relating to providing that bond forfeiture cases are civil cases and appealable to the civil court by either the plaintiff or the defendant; making it necessary for the county or district attorney to approve bail bonds and recognizances as to legal form.
HB 27	Caption: Relating to amending legislation so as to authorize counties to retain ninety per cent of motor vehicle registration, chauffeur or transfer fees.
