HB 208 Caption: Relating to validating all sales of Public Free School Land made by the State of Texas, by authority of the Acts of the Legislature of date April 12th and 14th, 1883, wherein the State did not by its award of sale, or classification of such lands, specifically reserve the minerals in such lands, be and the same are hereby validated, and the State of Texas hereby relinquishes unto the owners of said lands, all of its right, and title to said lands, and minerals.
HB 425 Caption: Relating to providing that all persons legally liable for road duty in Hardeman county be, and they are, hereby given the right and privilege to pay to the county treasurer of said county the sum of three dollars on or before the 1st day of February of each year in lieu of actual work on said roads and in the event that such parties shall pay said sum of money to the treasurer of said county, at a time herein stipulated, they shall be exempted from road duty for said year for which said sum of money is paid.
