HB 4 Caption: Relating to establishing and maintaining a horticultural and agricultural experiment station in the citrus belt of Cameron or Hidalgo County, Texas.
HB 6 Caption: Relating to requiring hotel owners or keepers to post in each room a card or sign stating the price per day for such room; prohibiting any advances in prices within thirty days; compelling hotels to furnish guests with tickets showing prices of rooms; fixing a penalty.

HB 95 Caption: Relating to creating the Rio Grande Delta Reclamation District, composed of the counties of Hidalgo, Cameron and Willacy, as a reclamation and conservation district under Section 59, Article 16, of the Constitution, defining its purposes and powers, and its relations with the component counties, their commissioners' courts and officers, and with others, providing for its issuance of bonds, the effect thereof, and the levy of taxes in each county for the purposes of the district, providing the governance and operation of the district.
