HB 88 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation for the purchase of certain lands for the College of Industrial Arts in Denton, Texas.

HB 268 Caption: Relating to providing for the voluntary registration of land titles in this State, prescribing the procedure, the duties of officers in relation thereto, the venue, the form of registration certificates and the recording thereof, for the appointment of examiner and fees to be charged in such proceedings.
HB 308 Caption: Relating to establishing a system of public roads and bridges for Denton County and empowering the commissioners court thereof to provide rules and regulations therefor, and a system for the construction of such road and bridge, the maintenance and repair thereof, and condemning private property for such purposes; prescribing penalties for the violation of this act, and repealing all laws in conflict with the provisions hereof.
