HB 181 Caption: Relating to the installation, operation, and use of short wave radio receiving sets in motor vehicles, prohibiting the installation and use thereof without a permit, except by bona fide peace officers; prescribing the penalty.
HB 449 Caption: Relating to providing that designated State highways traversing incorporated cities and towns of this State having a population of less than ten thousand (10,000) inhabitants, shall be maintained at the expense of the State and such expense to be paid out of the highway maintenance fund, and providing further that ti shall be the duty of the Highway Department to maintain such highways.
HB 600 Caption: Relating to the issuance of exempt license plates, and providing that such plates shall not be issued for any vehicle belonging to the Federal Government, State of Texas, and city or county thereof, or any independent school district, unless such vehicle is plainly labeled.
HB 601 Caption: Relating to the registration of motor vehicles, trailers, or semi-trailers, and providing that applicants registering such vehicles shall register same in the county in which the owner resides; providing a penalty.
HB 612 Caption: Relating to providing for the propagation and raising of fresh-water game fish in privately-owned ponds and lakes, or in streams connecting such privately-owned ponds, or lakes, and not subject to overflow, or directly connected with any public lake or public navigable stream, as defined by the laws of Texas; and prescribing conditions and regulations under which such privately-owned game fish may be sold, and providing penalties for violation, and repealing all laws in conflict with this Act.
HCR 10 Caption: Encouraging the State Highway Department to adopt a policy maintaining any state highway within a municipality of population ten thousand or less.

Harris, of Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas, permission to bring suit against the State of Texas and the State Highway Department in the District Court of Travis County, Texas, for damages to automobile and injuries to W.J. Harris; providing that such suit may be filed within two years after this Act takes effect.
